During the summer of 2006, a Visual Communication Design professor of mine at Kent State University, Joan Inderhees, asked if I'd like to freelance and help her with a cookbook for a local business: The Inn at Brandywine Falls. I helped with all the page layouts throughout the seven chapters of recipes and humorous stories.
